A home built by the renowned builder Joseph Eichler in 1961. The house had received many bad renovations over the years and the owners wanted a fresh take on what an Eichler could be in the 21st Century.

The major renovation included re-opening the courtyard atrium, relocating the living room and kitchen, as well as a complete redo of all bath rooms.
